Items That Cannot Be Returned

For quality-assurance purposes, Terra Coin US cannot accept returns for:

• Opened sealed coin packaging.

• Damaged or altered collectibles.

• Customized products.

• Clearance items.

Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact Terra Coin US within 7 days.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• Clear photographs of the product.

• Photographs of the packaging, if applicable.

Our team will review your request and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund when appropriate.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by an error made by Terra Coin US, we will cover the return shipping cost.

For other approved returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
